| Your puppy must be seen by a licensed vet within three days of his/her arrival of their new home. Shipping can be stressful on a pup and stress can onset illness. Our guarantee does not cover medical expenses in conjunction with Coccidia, Hypoglycemia, Kennel Cough, Worms, or Mites. We offer a one year guarantee that covers genetic defects, if defects do occur we would need a written diagnoses from your licensed vet, but it would not be necessary to return the pup. A replacement pup will be sent to you, but the shipping of the new pup will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for vet bills you accumulate with testing for genetic defects.
